The machine adopts frequency conversion control system, and the main structure is all made by machining center. The machine is equipped with functions such as fabric pretreatment and dust removal, surface foreign matter, width expansion, and deviation correction. Manual stands are configured according to customer requirements for manual verification. Thoughtful and comprehensive imaging solution, special imaging system adapts to a wider range of fabric varieties, obvious two-dimensional defect imaging, stable performance and good anti-background interference. High-brightness, high-dynamic light source, and binary imaging system (optional) can more effectively detect various defects in dark field, bright field and hidden texture structures, with stronger and more accurate detection capabilities.
Quickly establish the standard area of product quality template, automatically draw the positioning area, manually calibrate the definition parameters of product quality qualified area, and the system automatically saves the set parameters. The software is more automated and easier to use.

All defect data are saved in real time under high-speed inspection, and historical defect data can be browsed, counted, analyzed and archived for quality improvement and defect traceability, so as to be well documented.
The system uses SOLite database for customers to access and call.
