This machine is a new type of filament processing equipment, which combines double twisting, shaping and false twisting. It produces crepe yarn as weft yarn of polyester simulated silk fabric. The chemical fiber filament is twisted twice, pre-shrunk and shaped in a hot box, so that the filament has twisting elasticity and fluffy effect, and the silk fabric processed later has efficient simulation effect. Compared with traditional crepe processing, this machine adopts intelligent electric control system, PLC man-machine interface is used for centralized control of electrical appliances, and computer controls the temperature between spindles, thus reducing the temperature difference between spindles. Compared with ordinary electric heating box, it can shorten the heating time and save about 30% of electricity. Therefore, this machine has obvious advantages such as high efficiency, large output and low cost.
