The precision encoder can accurately calculate the position of the knitting needle and correct the zero position. The encoder can also automatically correct the error caused by inertia when starting and stopping the machine. In order to ensure the accuracy of needle selection, a controller is added to add the zero calibration function. The control system can check the encoder and judge whether the signal of the encoder is appropriate, thus ensuring the stability of the whole system.
